2. Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products sold by Kidssbooks are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items will be shipped.
3. How will I receive my purchase?
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive instant access to download your files through the order confirmation page and/or by email.
4. I didn't receive my download. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still cannot find your download, contact us at support@kidssbooks.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
5. Can I get a refund?
