At Kidssbooks, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Because all of our products are digital downloads (PDF files), all sales are considered final. Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience any problems accessing, downloading, or opening your purchased files, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Our support team will work promptly to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download if necessary.
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
- A verified technical issue that prevents delivery or access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved.
- Any other situation approved at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
